Construction of the region’s first integrated resort, Central Park Towers, is actively progressing. To ensure transparency and keep the public informed, we are sharing the latest footage directly from the construction site, highlighting the ongoing progress.
The construction of the complex, which includes two 42-storey towers connected by a 7-storey multifunctional podium, is progressing according to schedule. At the current stage, the key technical indicators and activities are distributed as follows:
- Construction of both towers has been completed;
- Simultaneously, glazing and interior finishing works are actively progressing;
- Construction of the podium is also approaching completion.
General concept
As a reminder, Central Park Towers is a large-scale project with a total area of 140,000 m² and a total investment value of USD 500 million. The architectural concept of the complex envisions the integration of international brands - including Radisson Blu, Planet Hollywood, Harvey Nichols, and others - within a unified ecosystem.
The high pace of construction and strict adherence to the project schedule ensure the timely completion of every phase, once again highlighting our commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering premium quality.
